Reconstruct Application Checklist

Documents Necessary:

• Salvage Certificate
• Receipts for all parts and repairs
• Bill of Sale, or Retention (Buyback) Letter from insurance company
• Weight Slip- For trucks and trailers, if unladen weight is not listed on the Salvage Certificate
• Current Insurance Card (name vehicle is being titled in MUST be listed as the policy holder)
• Current Registration Card (if you are planning to transfer a license plate you already own)
• Valid PA Drivers License, with your current address. (if address is not current, you must bring yellow change of address card issued by PennDOT)
• Cash, or two checks for payment

Vehicle Requirements:

• NO aftermarket window tint or decals on windows
• All body panels on vehicle MUST be the same color
• No Airbag lights on
• No engine light on (except non-emission counties)
• ½ Tank of gas in vehicle
• The Following MUST be in working order:
  
  • Brakes
  • Wiper blades & Washer Fluid
  • Lights
  • Good Tires
  • Good Battery
  • Good Windshield
